Review DPAs and NDAs in seconds

With the help of Noxtua “Review & Draft”, you can review DPAs and NDAs for compliance with company guidelines using customized checklists. This significantly reduces the workload of legal departments and further risks through standardized document checks. With a few clicks, you can load your individual checklist and DPA/NDA as copied texts, PDF, Word, or a similar file type. Using the API, you can completely automate this process.

Possible prompt:
Review the DPA against the checklist. For all the items of the checklist, add a bullet point starting with a descriptive title of the issue, followed by “yes” or “no” (in bold) if the respective issue is fulfilled in the DPA, a description of the issue and the section of the DPA where the issue is reflected. Please present the results as a table.
