About Michael
Professor Michael Huth (PhD) is Co-Founder and Senior Researcher of the legal tech company Xayn, Founding President of the University of Technology Nuremberg (UTN), and Visiting Professor at Imperial College, London. His research focuses on cybersecurity, cryptography, and security & privacy in machine learning. Michael is a member of the Platform Learning Systems, Working Group IT Security, Privacy, Legal and Ethical Framework. The European startup develops Europe’s first sovereign Legal AI Noxtua with special insights, input, and legal expertise from the international business law firm CMS.
Professor Huth studied Mathematics at TU Darmstadt and received his PhD from Tulane University, New Orleans. He has worked at TU Darmstadt, Kansas State University, and spent a research sabbatical at the University of Oxford. Huth is the author of numerous scientific publications and an experienced speaker on international stages.
