About Beatrice
Beatrice Kahl is the Chief People Officer of the next genAI company Xayn. Prior to joining the AI company, she worked for companies such as Fjord Design and Innovation by Accenture, Deloitte & Touche, Deutsche Telekom, and CrossEngage. At Xayn, she is responsible for all HR matters. The European startup unlocks genAI for large organizations and develops Europe’s first sovereign Legal AI Noxtua with special insights, input, and legal expertise from the international business law firm CMS.
Beatrice Kahl studied International Management and enjoys hiking and traveling in her spare time. She lives in Berlin.
